I enter on 4/13/26 at approximately 1730hrs. I am the only customer and as I enter I see three workers bunched up near the p/u counter socializing, although one dressed in all black is folding napkins. I do not get a greeting, nor acknowledged straight away. After a moment of more chatter btwn them, a young lady starts to walk 2wards me at the order counter. She does say hello and takes my order, which is only regular fries. There are two ppl lounging abt, one of which is identifiable as an employee, the other person seems to be but has removed any 5-Guys identifiers. There is a gloomy feel inside the dining area and no good energy outwardly from those "actively" working. I've been to several stores and this one was unusually low with appeal and flavor. I suppose it does not have to be lively just as long as the food works. However, my fries were old, lightly warm, soggy and very skimpy on the portion based on the majority of my past experiences at 5-Guys. Poor service for me asa veteran who holds service in high regard and topped with bad fries issa bad mix. In all, that is easily a one-star but with little room for benefit of doubt, they get two bc maybe it was an eff-up day for them.

The staff here was possibly the kindest and most friendly that I have ever encountered at a Five Guys. At the end of a long day for myself and I am sure a long shift for them, it was so welcome and appreciated. It was also wonderfully clean.

I stopped by Five Guys the other day and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. An employee named Jayden went completely above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he greeted everyone with a smile and made the place feel welcoming and upbeat. My order had a small issue, and before I even had to say anything, Jayden noticed it and fixed it immediately. He was polite, professional, and genuinely seemed like he cared that customers had a good experience. He even checked back with me after I got my food to make sure everything was perfect. You don’t see that kind of dedication everywhere anymore. Jayden clearly takes pride in his work and represents Five Guys extremely well. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. Give that man a raise! — Jim
