    I ordered a breakfast baconator combo before heading to work. They told me they needed to finish my sausage before they gave me my food, so they made me wait 17 minutes before giving me my food. Without the sausage. And it was cold. Either the place is understaffed or the staff don't care, though probably both. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else

    Wendys: Please higher people that can count, or at least remember the order. Bought a 4 for 4 (now 6$), received 2 french fries (both were cold), 3 nuggets, a sandwich and 1 small soda (asked for large). When asked could get a receipt? I was told Huh? "Receipt not working...." For anyone reading this review, go to the Cookout down the road!

    I rarely eat out! So when I do, I expect it my order to be correct. The only thing good about this experience was the guy who took my order at the Drive-Through. Not only was he Very courteous and friendly, but he was the best thing about my Entire Wendy’s experience Today. My fries were cold And very , setting for hours! I ordered A burger with only light mayonnaise and pickles my bad for not checking before I left. The fries We’re absolutely awful! There Were no pickles on my bun, The meat appeared to be old and dry. So I get out of the Vehicle and go inside Which totally defeated the whole drive-through purpose! Andnot to be greeted in a friendly manner. The person that greeted me just stared at me and I said yeah I just went through the drive-through and everything is wrong. even my chicken nuggets was cold but at that point, I just wanted to get the Two fixed and go home. So he Gives me more fries out of the same batch which was cold and nasty. I Already asked him When I first came up to the counter carrying in my bag too, please drop a fresh batch which he did not. Actually came over for me to taste one of the old nasty ones once again and then I asked once again drop a new batch please I was being very curious he still did not say word to me. everyone in their appeared to have attitude except the person taking orders. Finally, I got a fresh batch of fries dropped And the guy re-making my burger came Upfront and asked me how did I want it? I said, light, mayo, and pickle only. Before I left, I checked it and There was so much mayonnaise on my little tiny junior burger. It took three napkins to get all of it off and you couldn’t even see the two little tiny shriveled pickles. I guess you get what you pay for that’s why it was six dollars And change! I would’ve rather went home and Just ate a TV dinner than dealt with the attitude and the crappy food! it’s a shame when I used to eat out a lot of years ago that was my go to place this Wendy’s On University Road!I will never go there again!

    I think the office manager runs at a snails pace just to be annoying. There is no one in the drive through or building and it still took her 10 minutes.

    Why even be open? Complete disgrace and VERY slow and none of the employees have a good attitude! Waited over 20 minutes st the wondow alone for my food thst u pre ordered online. Worst Wendy's in the whole charleston area. If I could give 0 stars I would
