- KGKayla Gabor5 days ago1.0I ordered off the app from this cafe and only half my ordered arrived. I was missing a smoothie and wrap. I contacted the cafe and they said I had to call DoorDash even though they are the ones who use them as a third party. I ordered DIRECTLY from the app. So I did this any way and DoorDash said they refunded the store since they did not have my card info; only the store can get the money back to my card. So I called the store who assured they would let their manager know bc they are the only ones who can process the request. A week passed and no refund so I called again. Same story. “We will let the manager know” and I never got my refund. The third time I called I reached the manager who “put it the refund request” and again I have not received my money back and it’s been over a month… DO NOT order from this cafe.
