  Since I cannot post a review on the one on upper Dorchester, the nearest property is going to have to take one for the team. The night I placed my order there was a black girl with dreads. She did not greet me, was playing rap music, and pretty much did what she was doing until she was ready to help me. This was the poorest level of customer service I have ever encountered. This was my time there, and based on the price the level of service should match. I would never support your business if this is the type of employees you hire.

  I treated my daughter to one of their Tropical Green smoothies. The staff was friendly and courteous. The smoothie was lackluster. It had very little flavor. It appears that our smoothies had too much ice and not enough juice. Not worth the $8 power smoothie.

  I ordered off the app from this cafe and only half my ordered arrived. I was missing a smoothie and wrap. I contacted the cafe and they said I had to call DoorDash even though they are the ones who use them as a third party. I ordered DIRECTLY from the app. So I did this any way and DoorDash said they refunded the store since they did not have my card info; only the store can get the money back to my card. So I called the store who assured they would let their manager know bc they are the only ones who can process the request. A week passed and no refund so I called again. Same story. “We will let the manager know” and I never got my refund. The third time I called I reached the manager who “put it the refund request” and again I have not received my money back and it’s been over a month… DO NOT order from this cafe.
