The bowls however were small for the prices and th acai bowl was totally melted by the time I got home....I live 5 minutes away. I did notice that when I got there, they were just finishing up the Quesadilla and the bowls ber both ready but literally sitting right next to the grill where they were cooking hot food. Tropical Cafe has nothing on Playabowl. Don't think I will be ordering here again.

I understand being busy and trying to knock out orders but there was no greeting there was no we will be right with you absolutely nothing. All the online orders were being taken care of and not the people standing here in front of them. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’m by far the most patient person when it comes to customer service because I know how it is to work with the public but there wasn’t even an apology for the wait. I’ve waited my whole break for one smoothie. Do better keep your customers informed.
