  Booked a bay 2 weeks in advance for presidents’ day, and man did we have fun. A big shout out to our host Kira! We made a special request to sing happy birthday to our friend and went above and beyond and got topgolf staff to join in. Thank you Kira for giving us a memorable experience at Topgolf Charleston!

  Tyasia was an excellent waitress at Topgolf. She was attentive, friendly, and stayed on top of everything the entire time. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. Her service made the experience even better, and I would be happy to have her as our server again.

  Would give zero stars if I could. recently visited Topgolf with my significant other, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we each ordered a drink. When we got to our bay and started playing, I accidentally missed the small step by the green turf area and fell on my butt. It was clearly just a misstep — an honest accident — and had nothing to do with the one drink I had just received. What made the situation worse was how the manager handled it. Instead of checking to see if I was okay or showing any concern, she treated us poorly and immediately told me I couldn’t have any more drinks — despite the fact that it was my first one. We continued playing normally and were acting completely appropriate. Later, when our waitress came back and asked if we wanted anything, we both attempted to order another drink. The waitress informed us that the manager had said no. We asked to speak with the manager directly, and she simply stated that it was their right to cut us off. While I understand businesses have the right to refuse service, the way this situation was handled felt unfair and unnecessary. I made a simple mistake, and instead of being treated with understanding or basic courtesy, we felt judged and disrespected. The lack of professionalism and customer care really put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun night out. It was Valentine’s Day and we just wanted to have fun. Very disappointing experience overall. I wish tae or tay would have treated us with respect. Instead she judged us off of a simple mistake. I feel so bad to my significant other for ruining the night, when I tripped on accident. This was my very first time at Top Golf and highly doubt I will return due to her attitude and disrespect towards me for making a misjudging mistake. Because of her, our Valentine’s Day was ruined and I feel like crap for accidentally tripping
