Never got my order wrong, burgers & snacks are good, my drink is always perfect 👌 never too sweet, but never too light on the added flavor. Detailed: Not really crazy about reviewing big fast food chain conglomerate locations... However, in this franchised world we live in I have learned quality can drastically vary from location to location. Luckily we have resources like Google reviews, yelp, etc. To possibly help us sift through these different chain locations within an area and determine which ones are best to actually go to. I like to leave a solid 5 star review at any fast food location that to me is operating singularly as a good fast food location and this sonic on Rivers Avenue did just that. Quick convenient service with the correct order and pleasant quality in items. Thank you 🧡

I pulled into the drive thru, got ignored after the manager couldn't hear me over their intercom. I pulled up and wasn't even acknowledged. Then when I was finally acknowledged, the manager was shown all of the proof of ticket, promo, and even called up their chain, still got told to kick rocks because there wasn't a promo code or promo ticket to give them.
