  To the owner of this sonics who claims he has been working here for 4 years doesn’t seem like nothing goes right every time I come here it’s a problem if your the owner you’d no EXACLTY WHATS GOING ON IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT EVERYTIME I COME HERE I HAVE TO ASK FOR THE FOOD TO BE MADE FRESH I ORDERED AT NIGHT and was served a stale breakfast patty on a double cheeseburger I ordered a smash burger that wasn’t freshly made nor had the sauce or the correct things I order I ordered fries that were brick hard if you are the owner Why are you providing customers with stale food as as owner you make sure everyone I sold fresh food Your no owner your just a GUY WHO DOESNT CARE what is being given to your customers

  When they make fresh food, it's verh good; when the food was made 20 minutes ago, it's just like McDonald's and not worth the money at all.

  You’ll wait 20 minutes, they will still have forgotten some of your food, then will tell you that the part of your meal that is missing is because they don’t have anymore. Totally understands that you don’t have anymore, not understandable why you were going to have charged somebody for an item and then just blindly leave it out without saying anything. It’s a very good thing that I checked my order before realizing once home. Have the decency to tell the customer that you are out of something instead of just hoping they don’t notice it missing.

  Just stopped by for a burger and tots. So professional and great service. Also they have decorated for Halloween and they did a great job. You can tell they took time and it is very tasteful. Great job Sonic on University Blvd. Happy Halloween 🎃!!!
