  Almost impossible to get anyone to help you. EVERY time I have picked up from here they haven’t even made the pizza. Last time I waited 45 minutes…shame on me. If I could give a ZERO I would. Don’t buy from here !!

  Horrible experience a few weeks ago and it’s not the first time this has happened I don’t even know why this particular Pizza Hut is still open after all the bad reviews I’ve seen. I ordered my pizza online and I know they usually take a while at this location so I never come when it say “ready” I come about 5-10 mins later. On this day I arrived to about 4 or 5 people already standing in the very small lobby waiting. I then realized there was only 1 guy working which is crazy to be just shut down at this point…. I’m waiting at the register to at least check to see if my order is done (no hospitality at all) if contact was made I would’ve just canceled my order right then and there but once again he’s by himself. So I leave… I the call a number to the store and was transferred to the customer service department that helps with orders to CANCEL MY ORDER and if the order was done to tell them I won’t be back to pick it up I had some where to be and they were taking entirely tooooo long. this representative says SHE DID NOT EVEN SEE AND ORDER FOR ME and I’d have to call or go to the store to cancel (( I explained I’ve tried and the guy is by himself so he won’t answer )) 3 hours later I get a call from the guy at Pizza Hut who then goes back and forth with me saying “ I’ve already made the pizza and I should’ve came and got it and what I need to do next time” I explained to him that I was there and even called he then says he was by himself….. at this point why did you even called my phone to argue and your short staffed that energy would’ve probably be best used to hire more people… to make a long story short tried putting in a complaint to corporate which is basically having THE STORE CALL YOU BACK WITH AN “apology” WHICH NEVER HAPPENED BECAUSE IT WAS PROBABLY MR ONE BAND ONE SOUND THAT HAD TO CALL ME BACK SO I KNEW THAT WASNT HAPPENING…. I did order from the dominos that same day and got my food delivered within 30 mins didn’t have to wait 2 hours in a few pizzas… I’m just saying I’ll NEVER SHOP AT THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN.

  If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered and it took over an hour, manager was rude, short staffed. Food was burnt. DoorDash driver didn't even check to make sure my order was right That's what they use for their delivery service which is crap.

  Only 1 person working. Lots of orders. Food took too long. Felt sorry for the single worker. He got very frustrated with the people who were waiting. Everyone was frustrated.
