  Food was great ordered off door dash food and was very pleased with my fast delivery. Brownie was so rich and the pizza was super cheesy.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I usually order here often, but tonight was the last time. A customer ahead of me returned her pizza because it had hair in it. We watched the employee remake her pizza without wearing a hat, touching his hair, and then digging into the meat toppings. I immediately told the manager on duty, but all he did was tell the employee to put his hat on—no hand washing, no glove change. Nasty as hell and extremely unsanitary. If this is how food is being prepared here, I will no longer order from this location.

  We ordered a medium, "The Works" pizza from this location and man, when I say this was the most unfinished pizza I have ever had, I mean it. So we called them and told them.. hey, this pizza is SUPER DOUGHY at the bottom and my wife is in her first trimester of pregnancy so WE NEED A PIZZA THAT IS COOKED. So they happily abliged... AND SENT OVER ANOTHER PIZZA EVEN MORE UNDERCOOKED THAN THE LAST!! If you want Pizza and live in this location, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH. On a positive note, we told Domino's Pizza down the road about our predicament, and they sent us over the most perfect, crispy, delicious pizza. Moral of the story? Props to the Fayetteville, GA, location of Papa John's, yall had me believe from the beginning and I spent most of my life there. They NEVER let me down. But North Charleston, SC? They showed me that NOT ALL PAPA JOHNS ARE THE SAME. And i will never forget that. Papa Johns? The order number was #1240739032 I will not take another pizza from that location. But I might be interested in making things right. Otherwise? Im gonna order Domino's from now on.

  This restaurant uses Doordash to deliver and it’s TERRIBLE! The dashers do not HAND DELIVER the food to your door as specified. They put your food ON THE GROUND (literally had a guy put my food on the walkway by my gate didn’t bother coming to the door) & this guy today left my food on the THE STEPS. THE STEPS!!!!!! If he took 1 more step he would’ve been at my door. LITERALLY! There is a rocking chair on my porch he could’ve left it on but noooo. I’m never ordering from Papa John’s while they’re using door dash! I’m done! These people have no respect for your food.
