Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. Staff in the store didn’t care about the inconvenience, nor were even making any food.

My coworkers and I ordered 3 soups and salad and one 1/ sandwich and soup and only received one of the salads but four of the soups. Our order was $81.63. So, I called to let them know that it was short of three salads, I asked to speak to the manager, he said he is the manager and his name was Mark. Well Mark was acting very sassy as I explained my order to him, he told me to bring it back in so he could see because it was hard to believe that three salads were left off. So, I said were working we can't come right now that's why we paid for the delivery. I said to my coworker I guess he think were lying, and he started to over talk me and said ma'am I didn't call you a liar and just hung up the phone. So, my coworker went in to show him the food, and he was yelling and being loud. Very rude and unprofessional. Mark, you said you're the store General Manger you need to do better. If that is even his real name. Because when my coworker asked his name and for corporates number, she said his name is Alexander and she said she didn't have the number to corporate. We were dissapointed.

I ordered a steak sandwich, soup and salad w/an apple. The soup was cold, the salad was brown and the apple was brown. So when I got home, I heated up the soup and ate the sandwich with the soup and that’s what I ate for dinner. It’s too expensive to to be so nasty.

I love Panera bread but this location sucks. I literally waited in the drive thru for a pick up order that was done at 6:47pm. I live literally 5 minutes away and still had to wait. Here it is 7:27pm. Terrible customer service. Walked in and nobody greeted me.
