  Went to Outback Steakhouse for the 1st time in years with family. We were greeted by a nice hostess and were seated quickly as the restaurant wasn’t packed at all. The lights at our table were flickering and it was fairly dark - made it extremely hard to see and read the menu. Our server came and took our orders and then we waited and waited and waited for our food. It took 25 minutes for our appetizers to come out and over 45 minutes for our entrees and when it did it wasn’t even hot. The spinach dip was entirely too greasy and the Caesar salad was drenched. The bread was great though! Not sure why it took so long when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Our waitress just kept saying that it would be out soon. By the time, the food came, the kids and some adults had already drank all of their drink, and because some of the drinks were speciality drinks, there were no refills. It took so long for the food that I had to pack up ours immediately because we had another engagement to get to. Waitress said she would give my son a refill on his drink, he never received it.

  Went last night and after a little 40 minute wait, which makes sense because they were busy due to it being a holiday, everything was top tier. That’s why a wait is sometimes crucial for a business. Food was fast, made perfectly, not one complaint there. I wanted to specifically shine light on Emerson. She is the golden depiction of thorough service. She is a cutie pie, witty, and on TOP of everything, even busy. Do not let this girl go, if I wasn’t moving to New York I would visit often and request her. I am hoping when I come back to visit she will still be here!

  O'mgosh I must hand it to the ENTIRE staff that worked here on Valentines day night. It was so busy even TOGO orders were behind, but these guys did a AMAZING job attempting to make everyone as happy as possible. Thank you Honey the TOGO young lady for being so pleasant and eventhough it was stressful she still had a beautiful smile on her face. Thank you to the kitchen staff and front of the house for also holding things together by trying to get the customers seated and food out in as timely of a manner as possible on such a busy and chaotic night. Great job claps across the board. I've work in food and bev and definitely understand the struggle.

  I didn't want to go out today because I knew it would be busy. But th wife wanted it, so happy wife-happy life. There was a bit of a wait, as expected. Once we got sat, our server was quick with drinks and food didn't take long. Dessert was taking a while but the manager Omar delivered it and apologized for the delay. We appreciated his sincerity and will be returning to this location from now on.

  I called make reservations was told i couldn't not for large party but still would been able to be served. Got to the restaurant then was told they were not taking large parties on Valentine's Day. Then was told that they would serve us but we wouldn't be able to sit together would have sit half on different side of restaurant.
