  They literally served me this bacon, egg and cheese bagel and expected me to eat this, I wouldn’t give this to a dog!

  My husband and I ordered Bacon Quarter Pound and Cheese sandwiches without catsup. We didn't get catsup but we also got no bacon on either sandwich 😔. Worst McDonald's

  Highkey the best mcdonald’s I’ve had in a long time like yeah everything was perfect and packaged nice as hell in the bag, perfectly salty crispy fries. Also had a big order and it came quick and the people at the window and speaker didn’t seem like they hated their lives.

  On October 13,2025 I placed an order by drive thru. A McNugget kids meal with hot mustard sauce and a hi-c. I also placed an order for a #8 combo adding lettuce and tomatoes to the sandwich, with a sweet tea light ice. When I made it to the window I got a cup full of ice and very little sweet tea. The employee stated it was because she didn’t have much sweet tea left! Asked if I wanted something else , and I said a sprite would do. Looked in the box and there was no sauce for my grandsons nuggets. She gave me some. I made it all the way to work to realize that the sandwich was missing the lettuce and tomatoes that I requested and paid for. I drove back to the restaurant and went inside. I’m not sure if the female was management or just at the station. Very rude attitude, no name tag and extremely nonchalant about my complaint. I told her what happened and why I came back. When I mentioned the sweet tea, her response was, “well why didn’t you mention it when you were here?” I said I in fact did mention it, which is why I now have a sprite that taste like the filter needs to be changed. Her response was, “oh” ~ I then said it was an inconvenience for me to have to come back up here because nothing was checked. She said we’re not gonna check the bags! And it’s not that big of a deal, and I feel like you want me to go back and forth with you. It was definitely a big deal to me when I’ve already made it to work and had to come back. She was completely disrespectful and very dismissive and condescending. I will not revisit this McDonalds again and I hope they hire some employees that understand how to deal with complaints and or dissatisfaction.
