  I’ve avoided this location for quite awhile because the service was just SO BAD. Employees on their phone, completely ignoring customers wanting to order. Stopped back in today because it appears to be remodeled. Unfortunately, (with what appears to be a corporate training team in the restaurant), the same non existent customer service is still the norm. Won’t be back.

  Ordered hot mocha and specified hot mocha nothing else, easy order; received iced coffee with 3 mocha swirls. I don't like iced coffee, they don't listen very well. Not going to argue, just left disappointed. Won't be back, last 2 times at Dunkins, they don't know how to make regular hot coffee, it's not difficult

  Huge Dunkin fan and whomever was the manager on duty around 7am on 2/13 made the whole experience amazing! Great energy and customer service! The whole team was awesome

  Drive thru took 30 min to get coffee and donuts. Front door was not unlocked. Maybe a bad day for the staff?

  Warning Warnings!!!! tried to give the store another chance hoping they have taken action to correct the deficiencies, at 11:30 this morning I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru with no help, I went inside to the counter and no representatives were there to greet me after waiting another 10 minutes no service at all. During my wait at the counter, I noticed food remains all on the floor, water pools all over the back prep floor, dirty unsanitary counters and tables and garbage receptacles overt flowing. I have no choice to file a formal complaint with Dunkin Donuts and will be contacting the Charleston Health Department This store is a disgrace and should be closed On multiple visits, the store has been noticeably dirty and unsanitary. Surfaces appear unclean, trash is often visible, and the overall condition of the store does not meet basic cleanliness standards that customers expect from a food-service establishment. In addition to the cleanliness concerns, there is frequently no one available at either the drive-thru or the front counter when customers arrive. This has resulted in long waits, confusion, and in some cases customers leaving without being served at all. These staffing issues seem persistent rather than occasional. I have been a Dunkin’ customer for many years, so it is disappointing to see a location operating in this condition. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be reviewed and addressed promptly to ensure the store meets Dunkin’s standards for cleanliness, customer service, and food safety.
