I hand it back to him saying this is supposed to be hot. He did a redo and then I was good. Went on with the day of a good start. Overall gave 3 stars for coffee mishap. Thanks

But unfortunately I need to be standing in front of them for my order not to get messed up. That door should never be locked until 8:00 when you are supposed to be closing not one minute before that.
