The servings were extremely small—honestly closer to cat-sized portions than what Chipotle is known for. For the price you pay, you expect reasonable portions and better efficiency. There was no sour cream, but they tried to charge me for chimichurri sauce. THEIR ATTITUDES WERE HORRIBLE! Zyaire was the only friendly one and she handed me a cup of sour cream after the rudeness took place by her coworkers. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST food I've ever received from a Chipotle and I'M LIVID! I worked and had not eaten all day. I should have left when I witnessed the uncleanliness of the bar. My food was so cold until the shredded cheese wouldn't melt and my "grilled" veggies were RAW! I look over issues with food at times if the service is good. To say this place is located by Tanger Outlet, I expected something totally different. IT'S AN EMBARRASSMENT! I took a picture of this SLOP in this bowl, but don't see a way to upload it. I must purchase something decent to eat elsewhere! DO BETTER! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE WITH POOR SERVICE AND COLD FOOD! You will leave VERY dissatisfied!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
