  The entire shift at Checkers were amazing! They were friendly, fast, and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh and the service was great. Definitely coming back!

  This location is an absolute wreck. They were out of so many items. Lettuce, mayo, soda, tartar sauce, etc. We pulled up to the window to receive our mobile order and there was a woman in the back just yelling for absolutely no reason. The building is run down, ceiling above the drive thru looks like it could fall at any moment. Fish sandwich was still partially frozen. Just a horrible experience.

  This is one of the best checkers in town especially if Ms.Kenya or Mr.Chad is in there they both always go above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and fresh

  Waited for over 20 Minutes not get service, while being ignored by staff, another patron knocked on the window and they instantly gave attitude yelling that they were taking care of drive thru, the other patron asked to pick up his mobil order and the employee slammed the window in his face. I have never eaten at checkers, this was my first experience with the chain and I will not even be buying their frozen French Fries from now on.

  CHAD at the Checkers on Dorchester is a legend. It was snowing, freezing cold, and the drive-through lines weren’t visible. Chad noticed and went out of his way to help direct me so everything went smoothly—all while standing outside in just a hoodie. Great energy, genuinely kind service, and burgers that are always 🔥🔥🔥. If everyone cared like Chad, the world would truly be a better place. ^__^
