Took way too long to get a bowl of soup and a chicken meatball appetizer. The meatball appetizer was horrible. The server asked if I wanted something else but I was done with all of it by then and declined. Server was great but who is in charge of the kitchen and food needs to be talked to. I would say the appetizer was undercooked and barely warm.

My husband and I visited this location 2/13 for Valentine's Day celebration. Went a day before to beat the crowd. It was a Friday around 7:30pm. I expected the place to be busy, but it wasn't. It was dead in there. This should have given me red flags. I ordered the fila & shrimp pasta entree. I ordered the steak medium. According to the picture in the menu, the steak covered the pasta. When I received the dish, the steak was very small and and overcooked. Seriously, it was barely an inch in width. It was like they sliced a piece off and put it on top. It was well done and tough. I don't even think it was a filet. The pasta was a sticky mess, and the shrimp overcooked too I expected better for the price. It was $30 just for my entree. I see why they never have the business that Olive Garden has. For the money I expected Carrabba's to taste better than Olive Garden. I will not go back to Carrabba's. For Valentine's, I wanted it to be special and nice. I was highly disappointed. My husband was not happy with his entree either. I tried doing the survey they sent, but it didn't work. That's why I'm putting it here.
Went to Carrabba’s Italian Grill recently and I’d give it a solid four stars. It’s one of those places I don’t go to all the time, but when I do, it usually ends up being a pretty good experience.
I ordered the chicken marsala with a side of pasta and a salad. Everything came out hot and looked fresh, and the portion size was definitely worth the price. The chicken was tender, the sauce had good flavor, and the pasta was cooked just right — not overdone like it can be at some chain spots. The bread and oil at the table were also a nice start to the meal.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our server checked in just enough and kept drinks filled, which I always notice. The atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable, good for a casual dinner without feeling too loud or rushed.
Only reason I’m not giving five stars is that the food, while good, didn’t completely wow me. It was solid, consistent, and satisfying — just not unforgettable. Still, it’s a place I’d come back to when I’m craving Italian and want something reliable.

We went to lunch today. The service was wonderful. Natasha was on top of it. The Rocco salad with shrimp and scallops was just right for lunch. We ordered the fried zucchini, it had great flavor, but it was cold. My girlfriend ordered the shrimp scampi, lots of shrimp. Helen did a great job making sure my ice tea never got empty. We were there for over an hour and it seemed like 5 minutes. Staff was very attentive without interfering with our conversation. Thank you.
Well, let's start with the good. The location wasn't busy for a Friday night, which surprised me (should have been my first warning sign). The restaurant itself seemed very clean and the server was friendly. The bread was warm and just what you'd expect.
NOW, the not-so-good. I ordered the Salmon Capperi, side salad and broccoli side. My +1 had the steak (medium-well), Alfredo, and broccoli side. The salad was what you'd expect, except that the cherry tomatoes were frozen, yikes. That made for a weird mouthfeel I wasn't expecting. Then my Salmon Capperi and broccoli came out soon after. The salmon was swimming in the butter sauce (don't be fooled by the picture that shows a modest drizzle). In fact, I couldn't taste the salmon, it just tasted like butter. Pair this with the hardly-sauteed broccoli (very al dente and doused in oil) which certainly put this WAY over the calories listed on the menu.
If it was just my meal, I'd have shrugged it off to bad luck and moved on. BUT. My +1's steak arrived very under-cooked for the ordered medium-well, they brought medium-rare. So she sent it back. While that was away to be corrected, she ate the Alfredo and broccoli. She hated that the broccoli was barely cooked and hard, so I ended up eating her side of broccoli. She tried the alfredo...and....... She said it was worse than microwave alfredo. She wondered if it was even fresh, stating that the top portion was kinda hard, perhaps under a heating lamp for too long or possibly microwaved for too long. Either way, it ended up not getting eaten. So she has eaten a single florrett of broccoli, and a single bite of Alfredo. Meanwhile I end up finishing my meal entirely before her steak arrives back to the table. It was at least correctly cooked and she says it's fine. So my +1 essentially only ate a small steak, I have the greasiest salmon+broccoli combo of my life AND i'm out $75. Me and my +1 have some funny discussions about restaurants we should have gone to instead and how good the food is at other places. At least the waitress was kind, apologetic, and cute. She is the only reason this isn't a 1/5. I will not be returning to Carabba's.
