  I have placed online orders from the dorchester road location multiple times. The last few times I have waited 15 mins past the pick up time and recieved cold hard fries. Today takes the cake 45 mins past 630 pick time not included being given the wrong order at first.

  We ordered 3 of the wing bundles. $70. The wings were over cooked, hard and dry. The French fries were cold and soggy. Asked for Parmesan Garlic sauce and got ranch. Out first, and probably, LAST experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. I tried to go in and complete your requested form but my email receipt does not have am order number. Received no receipt when we picked up our order.

  I've had them 5 times now and they never fail to leave me disappointed. I want to like them, I really do cause their sauces aren't bad but every single time they alway do wrong. I order grilled dippers and im telling you I was so mad I didnt even eat them, cause the audacity they have to charge 20 dollars for this is crazy. Never going back

  It's B-Dubs. You know what you're getting. Everything is okay--not great. Wings appeared to have been sauced by someone wearing a blindfold, or maybe they were just rationing sauce. Boneless (kids' choice) wings were too crispy. Fries were too hard (not crispy--hard). Very "meh" experience. Television was extremely loud to the point of almost hurting my ears.
