Due to duty and safety restrictions of leaving the station, I asked if I could order via phone and run in quickly to pickup as I have to remain available for calls. This location refused and said if I couldnt sit down, I couldnt participate. As both a Veteran and essential worker- I was really disappointed as Ive always worked to serve not only my country, but also my community. Based on the customer service here, I felt brushed off, excluded and punished. Do not recommend and probably will never return.

You do have to be a member I've found to take advantage of some of their advertised deals (which is not obvious by the signage). I have found however that to eat here you need a lot of time. It's going to easily take 45+ to get your food from when you order. So maybe not an option for a lunch break if you have time constraints. Your best bet is to order it online for pickup, and then set that pickup about 20 min before you want to actually pick it up. Each time I order online I end up waiting 20+ min past when my pickup time was. But if you have the time, the food is good, and lots of TV options.

Most of the time there were 2 - 6 employees 2 tables away from us jawing. Finally had to flag down a server that wasn't even assigned to our table .
