  Ordered 7:21 on a Tuesday night to receive my order at 7:40. Didnt receive it till 7:55. Missing my fries. Waiting while my food gets cold........ Received my fries at 8:05 Why is the wait time sooooo long!!!!!!?

  Some of the most dry overcooked wings I've ever had. The mango habanero saucewas OK but had very little flavor other than spicy. But the wings being dry and chewy ruined the experience. The woman who gave me my order was very nice though.

  Went to Buffalo wild wings for a girls night, party of 12. The waiter started off the way to keep bringing the wrong drinks and food to the table. She also had a bad attitude when you asking her a question. Everyone in my party received their food except for two that didn't receive their food till 30 minutes. When asking the waiter she refuses to answer. I had to asked for the manager. She came and explained what was going on with the food. Now it's time to pay. Everyone paid their bill with no problem and left. My friend came outside and said the. The waiter said someone with a little girl didn't pay. It was my outing so I check to see what was going on because that's not like my girls. Went inside the waiter and manger shared the receipt. I stated everyone did pay. The waiter said no and started to take money out of her apron. Manger suggest to run the tape. We waited and she came back saying she didn't see when my cousin paid with cash. We explain where we was in the restaurant when the money was given. Manager went looked at to see us again and came back and said that she apologized she did see when the waiter took the money. Also stated that she was having problems out of that waiter for a while and this is wasn't the first time she have done that. We will not be returning.

  This was a very disappointing experience. I’ve eaten at this restaurant many times in another state and the food is usually excellent, which makes this location’s quality unacceptable. The chicken was poorly cooked—one side hard, the other soft. The burger was extremely dry and tasted burnt. The fries were mushy and tasted old, like they had been sitting for a long time and reheated before being sent out. This is not the standard this brand is known for. If this were my first time trying this restaurant, I would not come back. Management really needs to address food quality at this location.

  I generally don’t leave bad reviews but here we go. I was at Buffalo Wild Wings at Centre point dr or Tanger outlet and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I got there at 5:00pm and it took the server 20mins to bring water and a Diet Pepsi for my gf. After sitting around for 10-20mins we finally put our order in and it took an hr plus just to get some chicken tenders, fries, wedges and hot wings. Throughout the process of watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington commanders game that ended at 8pm I witnessed 5 tables with multiple people get up and leave. Not only was the server not attentive but your hostess is sitting people with her phone in her hand. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with management to subordinates but it needs to be corrected. I don’t know what management is so busy doing in the back but they should probably stop what they’re doing and check in with customers because this Saturday evening service was horrible.
