Waited 30 minutes at our table for them not to even take our drink order. Left with our two hungry crying kids because it was taking so long. Meanwhile staff is standing around chatting it up. Don’t waste your time here.

Service was great. Staff was welcoming, we were seated quickly and checked in on frequently by our server. Restrooms were disgusting and need a deep clean badly! Food was ok, but very skimpy. Buffalo Chicken wrap had 3-4 pieces of chicken in each half, the rest was filled with lettuce cheese tomato, basically a veggie wrap with a hint of chicken. Boneless wings were hard, fries were not fresh. We ordered a queso appetizer for $9, barely a half filled cup smaller than you get from Moe's. Pic below.

Salad did not have everything that was supposed to be on it. Basically all lettuce. Took over an hour to get food

Every Buffalo wild wings is disappointing but figured we'd give it a try again. It was only 2 of us. They weren't busy. We got seated and got our drinks quickly. Placed our order and never saw our server again. After an hour of our time waisted we left having never received our food. I think we're over this restaurant chain.
