As someone who's worked over 40 years in the food and beverage industry I had the worst experience I've had any restaurant. I ordered their staple classic roast beef sandwich and the new steak bites. The roast beef sandwich was so dry even the Arby's sauce couldn't save it. The steak bites were dry and tasted burnt. The best part of the $14 meal I purchased was the Hi-C fruit punch to wash the taste out of my mouth of the food. I ate about a third of the sandwich and threw the rest away. The dining room was dirty and the staff didn't seem very interested in doing their job mostly playing on their phone on the other side of the dining room. I will tell everyone I know not to go in this Arby's. I love Arby's but I will never step foot and there again.
