  Have always enjoyed this 7brew. Unfortunately today, only one lane was getting their orders texted. I sat in line over 20 minutes waiting for my drink on lane two, while 3 cars that arrived after me got their drinks in lane one.

  Really annoyed this is the third time we tired coming here.The young lady taken order 11/20 around 4pm was so rude again.She never gave us eye contact and was annoyed taking our orders.Hoewever when it came to tip she was very nice .This is the third time she takes our order and third time our drinks are messed up.

  The employee was very friendly. The variety of coffee was pretty decent. The pricing, however, is a bit high. My coffee costs around seven dollars. Also as much as I love Sade it would be nice if the music wasn't blaring

  I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this was an awful experience. My family and I use 7brew regularly, and this was the worst. When I arrived, there were 4 cars in the right lane and one car in the left lane in front of me. The person taking the orders from the iPad was focusing on the right lane. The vehicle that was in front of me was waiting and I thought they were just waiting for their order. About 15 minutes after I got there they finally had their order taken. Meanwhile, all orders coming out were for the other lane. About 5-10 minutes later the car in front of me got their order. I then sat for about another 5 minutes (now a total of about 30 minutes I've been there) and a staff member finally came to me to say that someone would be with me shortly to take my order and that they were understaffed. Meanwhile, the gentlemen who was using the iPad when I arrived 30 minutes earlier was back to taking orders in the other lane for vehicles that had been there maybe 10-15 minutes. Half the time I had been there. During this time I heard a staff member also mention that another member was not coming in because they were scheduled after telling a manager prior that they would be unavailable for this day. I finally had to leave, extremely frustrated. I know this is not the norm for 7brew. But nonetheless, still extremely frustrating and I will not be using this location again.

  Me and my boyfriend visit this location multiple times a week and we love it! Everyone is so nice and Madison always remembers us and makes us feel welcome every time we come. We're here late at night (sometimes pretty close to closing time) almost every time and they never act annoyed and are always working hard to clean before we pull in. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs, care about customers, and are hard workers.
