  Garbage service. Their "customer self service" is not apparent in which of the multiple menus had what items. Also, when a person actively stands in front of the register instead is using that thing, it usually means the want, or need, human assistance. Someone only asked if we needed help after completing the order on the machine - out of necessity, as no one was "available". Also, customer service is dead when you walk in, are the only person in the store, and the staff completely ignores you - seemingly until they know you don't need anything anymore.

  My daughters and I went to Dunkin on Rivers Avenue after church. We ordered a medium strawberry coolatta, a small caramel frozen coffee, and 2 medium caramel frozen coffees. In addition, we also got 5 orders of snacking bacon and 25 assorted munchkins. I am highly disappointed in the flavor of our drinks. They tasted nothing like how we normally recieve them. The bacon was not up to par. Please do better for your regular customers.

  They couldn't make me a flavored hot latte with oatmilk. But, the woman who helped me was was very nice.

  Came in a little before 9am on Sunday. Two cars in the drive through and no customers inside. Place looked clean, but could be because they just opened. No one made eye contact or said hello when we said "hello" to them. The entire time no one said anything. We placed our order of two coffees and a donut. Guys robotically handed over the donut. The coffee's, we waited and waited and waited. Employee attitudes like this, really sour the experience. Do better.

  I came into this location carrying my 2 year severely disabled son. I had to come inside because he cannot handle the loud speaker of a drive thru. While inside, we were completely ignored our entire visit. Even though I was clearly struggling carrying my son, they refused to ring me in and made me use the kiosk which as I stated was a struggle as I’m carrying a child that has cerebral palsy. I asked for help numerous times and all employees I made eye contact with ignored us or quite literally stared and offered no help. It’s very enlightening to know this is how your company chooses to handle the special needs community. Someone needs to teach your staff about how to handle customers who have disabilities because expecting them to be able to order like everyone else is asinine.
