The drive thru person was very unpleasant like I dong want to be here. I stopped going to this dunkin just because of the poor service and poor food quality. So I decided to go this morning and I see there's no change. If you dont like your job then don't show it.

As we were discussing in the car about our orders she said "Can you speak up?" So we said we were still deciding. When my brother finally decided to order she said "Can you hold on a minute" with a bad demeanor. They had switched drive through workers numerous times and couldn't keep our order right. They kept asking what we wanted after we had already ordered. Literally were about to just leave and head to a different location mid-order. We came in very happy and left very disappointed and upset. Food was okay, not the best from Dunkin though. My brother said his bagel was kinda burnt.
