All I can say is BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. We were actually reading the reviews a few days ago and laughing about them, but I thought I would give them a shot anyway. Turns out the reviews are 100% accurate. I still haven’t tried the food because I tried to get a burrito and that was as far as I got because they told me they did not have tortillas, guacamole, or lids if I wanted to take my nonexistent burrito to go. Clearly nobody at Chipotle is reading the reviews. Y'all haven't even been open a month. Can corporate please send these people some ingredients?!? This ain't rocket science.

Rice is 80% of what you put in the burrito and the bowl. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF RICE?!?! It’s not just THIS chipotle. It’s literally ALL OF THEM. I’ll never understand… imagine going to God’s favorite chicken restaurant and they tell you they are out of chicken. It would NEVER HAPPEN. Rice is $5 per ton. When you take rice off the stove, just go ahead and PUT ANOTHER ONE ON. If you don’t use it by the end of the night, you can throw it away. You’re already saving money by only putting 4 chunks of chicken on the burrito. You’ll be fine if you lose $2.50 on a pot of rice.

Firstly, the door states that they should open at 1045. An individual in a Chipotle sweatshirt came outside saying that they’re not opening til 1215 to get ready for everyone. There’s already a line of people outside. Everyone gets inside, and they don’t have anything done. There’s ONLY chicken available. No steak was made, no chicken al pastor was made, there was no brown rice made. So lemme get this straight…you didn’t open til an hr and a half later, and stuff STILL isn’t done? On top of that, there was 2 workers eating food with the customers while they had 1 girl working drive through, 1 girl working the food line and doing cashier, one girl working food line, and 2 people making either rice or meat in the back. I understand that every business and organization is gonna be dysfunctional when it first starts, but you got folks struggling working while part of the crew is eating food with the customers…and they just opened the doors for the day. The guy in the sweatshirt disappeared, idk where he went. That place is as dysfunctional as a football bat. Won’t be going there for a while until they get their shit together.

I feel bad this location has such poor reviews. It is open now! When I went, they had only been open for a week. Everyone was working and they were fully staffed. Line moved at a good speed and food was fresh. If they ran out of something at the counter, she went to the back and was able to refill (7pm). A tad slow as you can tell the people serving still needed to take their time to think about things but I imagine in a week or two they’ll have everything memorized. I’d rather that than making a mistake. Everyone was nice and had a good attitude. Good food and super nice interior. Modern and clean. Food was good and I’m glad we had a Chipotle here! You can order ahead and do drive through too though I walked in. Things to watch out for: Right now this location is in the middle of a bunch of construction, so for a brief moment I wondered if I was in the right plaza. Also, I tried to scan their QR code to get free guac, and even though I was able to sign up, the free guac did not register on my account. I know that’s a tech issue and not the fault of the team there.

I visited this new Chipotle Mexican Grill location around 8 PM and was really disappointed, especially considering how long this area has been waiting for it to open. They were out of multiple core items—no steak, no chicken, no fajita veggies, and no white rice. At that point, most of the menu wasn’t even available. I was told there was only one person cooking, and he was doing the best he could trying to keep up. That’s not fair to staff or customers. What made the experience worse was the service at the line. The employee serving customers seemed completely uninterested and didn’t acknowledge the situation at all. For a brand new location, this was a very poor first impression. Being this underprepared during peak hours, combined with poor customer service, isn’t acceptable. Management needs to address this quickly.
