  Awful Mobile Thru. It took 35 minutes of sitting in the mobile thru line to get my food. If you live anywhere near 526 you might as well drive to the mount pleasant location because it’s quicker than these guys. I don’t want to even get started about their younger highschool staff, but they are usually unprofessional and not well trained at their respective positions. If this wasn’t a chick fil a this restaurant would have been closed years ago due to the poor management and training.

  Today I spent I was unfortunately at Chic Fil A’s location for nearly an hour all because of an issue on their end. I scanned the Table 20 QR code like the other 5 orders that we placed at my table and no one had any issues. I on the other hand was routed to 516 Saint Jame’s location apparently where my order sat in waiting. I brought this to the attention of staff and Jah who refused to work with me in any way once I had told them that not only did I scan their own table’s QR code, but that the Saint James location never received my order. Not to mention my app started glitching out and prevented me from being able to even earn points nor scan the table for a second attempt. The staff’s excuse was, VERBATIM, “I was told the order wasn’t placed here”. To which I responded with that’s wasn’t true, I scanned Table 20’s QR code. To which they then responded with, “Just bec you scan our table doesn’t mean the order will be setup here”….?!?!!? WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A TABLE’s QR CODE IS IT DOESNT GET SENT TO THAT TABLE. I have never lived nor have ever been in goose creek or anywhere near that chic fil a location so what happened?!? I still have not received recourse or a refund for the original order and they refused to serve me. This was how my hour was spent. Never coming back.

  Waited 27 min for a veggie wrap! Employees don’t smile even though you are trying to get attention. They screamed across the drive through lanes to ask our name and then walked away. Still waited an additional 6 minutes!

  This Chickfila location consistently forgets our drinks. Not just one drink, but we will have an order with 4 drinks and they just hand us our food completely unaware that we ordered drinks. The staff has been consistently slow and impolite. It's unpleasant eating here. We have decided if we decide to go to Chickfila we'll make the drive to Dorchester, or Magwood Dr instead of Centre Point.

  This has to be one of the worst chickfila's in the low country. Employees are slow, unprofessional and never get an order correct. Dining area is flithy. Dirty tables, floor and trash cans are over flowin with trash. No one seems to know what they are doing at this location. Just sad! Avoid this chickfila.
