  I’m unsatisfied with this McDonald’s customer service. There has been multiple times I’ve come here and my order was incorrect or my food was barely hot. On April 3rd I stopped by after picking up a family member in Aiken then we were heading to ATL. I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals. The kids were sleep so I didn’t give them the food right away but when they woke up and we went to give it to them there were no nuggets. Just the toy and fries that weren’t even filled. The other box only had 4 and not the 6 I ordered. I tried calling the store 7 times now and nobody answers.i called McDonald’s customer service and they said they made a case and filed the complaint and they said the store was suppose to call me and rectify the issue with a refund or something and nobody has called and the store still is not answering calls. This issue needs to be fixed and was and still is HIGHLY inconvenient. Especially since money was spent and the order wasn’t fulfilled so I had to stop somewhere again and get food AGAIN from somewhere else.

  30 minute wait inside. Self serve kiosks printed blank receipts. Went up to the counter after 20 minutes to ask for our orders and had to be asked 5 times before they brought it out 10 minutes later. Watched 2 different people from the drive through come back in from being given the wrong order.

  McDonald’s all the time and love their big Mac and their pies and french fries well ordered a big Mac meal and french fries fries extra and four Strawberry pies well when the food got to the house we looked. There was no big Mac the french fries were like one of a cardboard. The pies were barely edible. The frappe was like Warm chocolate milk, very disappointed so tried to call them and could not get answer. I called 15 times no one answer. I am highly disappointed with this restaurant…

  At first it was hilarious that my Chicken Sandwich had no chicken in it 🤣 It became less funny when I returned and received a new chicken sandwich but the quality of chicken was so terrible I think id rather stuck with the joke no chicken chicken sandwich. I used to love the new mccrispy sandwich but this is the 4th time in a row that the sandwich has been terrible. No more McDonald's mccrispy.

  This is the 4th time we have went to drive through and just sat there at the window for 30min no one in site this has been breakfast and dinner. Website stated 24hrs get there at 4:45 sitting in drive through pull around worker is cleaning the windows and doors. It’s 5:00am go back to drive through sit there an additional 15min by this time other cars are pulling in waiting. No one ever came to take our order. Workings coming in and walking around inside but no one came to take orders all the cars in line pulled off.
