    Extremely slow service, asked drive-thru attendant for straw with my drink and was informed they completely ran out of straws at dinnertime on a Saturday.

    Every time we go it is a minimum of 25 minute wait for the simplest orders and it rarely ever come out hot. Do not recommend unless you have all day to waste wether its in the drive through or going inside. Workers are also typically rude

    At first it was hilarious that my Chicken Sandwich had no chicken in it 🤣 It became less funny when I returned and received a new chicken sandwich but the quality of chicken was so terrible I think id rather stuck with the joke no chicken chicken sandwich. I used to love the new mccrispy sandwich but this is the 4th time in a row that the sandwich has been terrible. No more McDonald's mccrispy.

    In all honesty, this is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The fries never have salt on them. The service is always super slow and they’ve gotten my order wrong a bunch of times and they give me a hard time every time I go to get it corrected. Specially tonight- the person at the window had an attitude and didn’t speak to me at all, just handed me my stuff.

    I recently visited McDonald’s and was really disappointed by how the manager treated the employees. The manager, who was a woman with an afro, spoke to the workers in a very rude and disrespectful way. Most of the employees looked like teenagers, and the way she talked to them was honestly upsetting to watch. They looked really sad and didn’t say anything back, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Young workers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are still learning and doing their best. No one should be spoken to in a harsh or humiliating way at their job. Parents should also check in with their kids about how they are being treated at work, because situations like this shouldn’t go unnoticed. Because of how poorly the employees were treated, I will be contacting corporate to report the situation. There is simply no reason for anyone, especially a manager, to talk to employees like that. A workplace should be supportive and respectful, not intimidating or hurtful.
