  My wife went through the drive through today feb 23 rd on edgefield rd at 315 pm she ordered a biggie bag for my granddaughter and asked if it had a cheeseburger in it. The drive through worker , who turned out to be the manager or so that’s what she was told was rude and said it’s there on the menu isn’t it? My wife said the menu just changed and she didn’t know This rude joker says it’s been that way for two weeks my wife said excuse me you don’t have to be so rude. You shouldn’t talk to your customers like that. He then refused to serve her and told her to leave the window and ignored her. She went back to ask him his name he refused to give it to her my wife saw him pick up the phone and called the police. My wife waited in the parking lot. When the police showed up my wife and granddaughter went inside to tell the police what happened. This man is supposed to be a manager and represent your store? He is a poor representation of Wendy’s I gave one star only because I couldn’t give a zero totally disappointed

  I was not greeted at all when I arrived. They had to substitute my drink. I sat down to eat and my fries were cold. I asked for more fries and one of the staff members said that my original fries were “fresh as hell”. I got new fries. Then I went to eat my nuggets and they were cold as well. The floor is slippery and the tables are sticky. This is all at 11 am!!!

  Ladies in the restaurant was extremely rude told me drive thru only went to explain I had an Uber eats order and was ignored because I was already told drive thru only. I go thru the drive thru and get made to feel inferior as a person and mentally challenged because as I was told several times rather rudely it was my fault and I should have said something. I will never order anything from this location again.

  Went in the lobby today. Was greeted by what I assume was the manager or shift leader. Whoever she was. She greeted us with her back turned to us and was mumbling something. Another employee walked up to us at the counter because I said I couldn't hear a word she said. He told us the lobby was closed, it was drive thru only. Then why was the lobby unlocked and no sign on the door? No worries though. Went right next door to Chick Fil A and had a terrific experience as always! No need for the generic corporate response or fake owner response of we are sorry you had this experience and would love to hear from you blah blah blah. Wish there was a way of determining how many sales are given to the Chick Fil A next door because of this poorly paid and always understaffed franchised Wendy's location

  I just purchased a Apple Cobb Salad at Wendys on 1061 Edgefield Rd North Augusta SC 29841. The amount of ordered was around $19.50. My salad was brown and maybe about a half of cup , plus the brown apples. They piled the blue cheese over the small amount salad. One apple piece still had the end core still attached. Also, I failed to get a receipt, this certainly on me. My three chills was good and service very good, I have purchased the Apple Cobb Salad and they delicious, What Happened?
