    Eating here now. The employee told an older guy to use the kiosk. He left. Not right. Older folks aren't usually technically inclined.

    This used to be a good place, they just don't care anymore. The server, a young man, was so rude & the food? I threw it away. I've never had a soft taco covered in water. There was no cheese, tomato nor sour cream. I give up on Taco Bell like they've given up on themselves. They did not deserve the one star

    Horrible wait time! This is a diaster. I have never been any place where it was mass confusion. It was at one time a good store. 30 minute wait time. Order was not correct.

    10/27/25 we order taco bell for our break 2:25:a.m. quesadilla three of them also a crunchwrap supreme and a soft taco. Totally off The extra cheese didn't come in the cheese quesadilla The chicken quesadilla had two pieces of chicken inside halfway not even a whole quesadilla they wasn't cut like normal. We tried calling the restaurant knowing that they close at 3:00 in the morning there was no answer I dialed at least seven times still no answer. As of now we're waiting on Monday morning so I can talk with the manager

    Waited 25 minutes in drive thru before order was taken. I had to get out of my car and walk inside to ask if they were taken orders at drive thru so that the person infront on me could put in there order. Waited another 20 minutes before I could get to the window and order was wrong. We asked about my order correct no adjustment were made and very callus behavior. Management needs to be fired at this point Kalia
