- MCMiyah .C4 days ago1.0I have been to this sonic location plenty of times and never had any issues until today. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 7:41pm .. there was a line so I gave them some grace until I realized it was 7:55pm and there were no cars in the drive-thru.. so its now 8:00pm and I pull around to the drive-thru .. I explain that I had been waiting for my food for abt 20 minutes at this point and the girl speaking was very nice and apologetic and read my order out to me and told me to pull around. I pull around they bring me my food mind you.. all I had was a SMALL slushy and a SMALL chilli cheese tot. When I get my food, immediately I notice my drink is wrong .. i give it back they fix it I thought everything was good … NO , I open my bag and its some type of burger and PLAIN tots .. I will not be returning to this location ever.
