Please someone how do we contact the owner of this McDonald’s ? Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at down for vacation to visit my dad stopped for something quick the owner couldn’t possibly know how terribly his store is being ran I’m a general manager for McDonald’s in Louisville ky and our owner operator would never allow the customers being treated so badly cold food refuse to give refund terrible experience

If I could give the store a zero I would first I want to say I understand this is McDonald’s and it’s not a five star restaurant but the service that I received today was beyond ridiculous and the fact that was from a manager is even more crazy, I go through the drive-through I get to buy one get one for my children all the time. My total always comes out to 840 today. They wanted Coke slushy I added two mediums on my total was 13 and some change. It didn’t sound right even with the Coke floats added on so at the window where you pay I asked the woman I couldn’t even get it out of my mouth yet and she cuts me off so I let it go cause I don’t want to argue. She has me a receipt. I go to the second window that’s where I meet. Whoever the lady was cause she refused to tell me her name and she’s holding my Coke float out the window. They were overflowing like volcanoes. Just bubbling out everywhere and she looks at me crazy cause I asked for a napkin then I turned to see that it’s overflowing in my drink order and I knew that I could not ride home without a mess With them overflowing the way they were so I asked, and she would make them you would’ve thought. I asked her. Can she build a whole new McDonald’s She rolled her eyes. I proceeded to ask her about the buy one get one for a dollar deal and she tells me that it was rung up wrong so I asked can I get my money difference? She rolled her eyes like how dare I ask her to do her job and she said well it’s gonna take 3 to 4 days since if you paid with a card and it’s only like two or three dollars. I don’t care how much it is. I want my money back when she takes my Coke floats finally still haven’t received no napkins have Coke all over my clothes have Coke all in my cupholder. She comes back and brings me two kids cups half full with Coke floats in it. I did not pay for that. I paid four dollars for two medium ones. At this point, I am so upset I don’t even wanna refund anymore. I just wanna get out of the drive-through.
She was the most rudest, unprofessional manager, and an establishment I have ever came across.
Needless to say I left unhappy did not get a refund did not get napkins and my kids got half ass filled cups just because they were overflowing and they didn’t want to just remake one. They just poured one into 2 cups stuff not cheap anymore. Nobody forces anybody to get a job so if they don’t wanna be there, they need to either get fired or find a new one.

Very disappointed with this visit. We ordered two cheeseburgers and a Happy Meal, and it took 20 minutes to get our food.
Back when I worked at McDonald’s, orders were expected to be out in under 2 minutes whether it was drive-thru, takeout, or dine-in. That standard clearly no longer exists here.
The lack of urgency and overall attitude is frustrating. Honestly, if robots take over someday and bring speed and consistency back, it might actually be an improvement.
I’m surprised this location stays busy and in business unless customers just have a lot of patience. Very unsatisfied. Just awful.
