Ordered online and waited 25 minutes at the store past the expected ready time to never get my order and then have to spend another 30 minutes on the phone to get a refund.

We came through the DT around 430 this afternoon and your Ast GM had the NASTIEST attitude I have ever experienced. If my daughter wasn’t hungry I would have went back inside and gotten a refund. I don’t know what her problem is but she needs to be demoted because there is no way y’all have her leading others. She will fail this restaurant tremendously.
