- LLLynneDec 20, 20251.0I did not eat inside the store. It was a drive thru pick up order. I ordered 2 smoke house brisket sandwiches and a large order or curly fries. I was totally dissatisfied and disappointed. The smoke house brisket sandwiches had about as much meat as the regular beef sandwich, (half the size as advertised) I had to hunt for the cheddar cheese and the onion crisps were almost nonexistent. The fries had to be sitting there for a while because the were nearly cold. So had to chew and no potato In them. Very dissatisfying meal.

I tried to eat it but the food made everyone in the house sick. The girl that took my order wouldn't listen to me.

I was working in North Augusta and have eaten here at this Arby's before. So I didn't expect to open up my "turkey bacon ranch" sandwich to see no Bacon, or lettuce. Only the smallest amount of turkey and a sour tomato 🤢 Gross. Just slack!! If you're out of bacon or lettuce, you could very easily let the customer know. I would've ordered differently. Slack... The lady at the window was polite. That was the only thing positive about the experience here.
