- TRTodd Rod1 day ago1.0I have no idea how this place is rated 4.3 stars. Awful customer service at the registers. I've never seen a Food Lion (worked with the company for 8 years) that allowed their cashiers on their phones while ringing out customers. Your csm and store manager should be embarrassed. Also this store constantly has pallets of stock on the floor making it hard to even move through the store.

- MCMary CobbJan 23, 20261.0I usually have a good review for everyone, but this store is not prepared to be doing customer pickups. Especially when bad weather is on the way. Placed a pick up order for yesterday between 4-5pm. At 5 pm when I got there to pick up I was told they were running behind because of the weather coming in. Asked could I cancel the order and was told no. So I waited till 6 and called to check on order, was told it was being shopped. Then at 8 pm I called and was told by the same person I got the two other times that it was cancelled. I was also charged for the full amount of the order. Will be going in person to speak to the manager today!!!
