I got there, and usually I use the drive, but today I was in no particular rush, and only one customer in line and a family dining in. 20 cars left before I received ANYTHING!!! I was obviously annoyed, but not verbally or acting out. I said, "Excuse me". The supposed manager, stock Latino with a ponytail...He proceeds to motion towards the line that formed outside in drive AFTER I got there. All I wanted was a biggie bag for my daughter, so she could eat before the band prepared for the game. Smh
