    Waited over 45 minutes for my food! and i couldn’t cancel because they “started preparing my order” No apology or anything. Horrible service.

    How the mighty have fallen. How can the fast food restaurant that started fast food become the absolute slowest in the business. Not a one time thing. So much so that Wendy’s is now my kids go to. The kids even say let’s go somewhere else. There to slow. I would spend 30mins waiting in a line

    I needed help with the app to do an online order and no one could explain so I was told by the manager to restart my phone. Moments later a huge, loud argument was happening amongst the workers and an employee stormed while being yelled at as he left. Very unprofessional and unsafe.

    This place really needs management that are taking this establishment serious in the evenings. Mornings and lunch crew is fine. It is definitely going downhill. Every time I come I be hoping something has changed and yet no change. Super long waits and a lot of playing around. Corporate really needs to do something about this fast before it is ran completely in the ground. I wouldn’t allow any of this!
