I tried calling HR, which HR is available right now according to Google, and was given a crappy recording saying no one can help and to go online to submit issues. This is ridiculous. You do realize this is the only place to get coffee on my way into town, right? Wth get it together.

The bacon avocado toast which I paid extra for so it would have bacon, did not have the bacon, the 2 glazed donuts were missing and in place of the chocolate sprinkles donut, was a Boston creme donut. I normally wouldn't do this, however, when my boyfriend went in to have our order corrected, the girl at the counter gave him attitude and so he walked out. Please address this!
