The customer in front of me had been waiting an hour and 45 minutes for their food when I arrived. I made a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time and still waited over an hour for my food after arriving. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Make the drive to Chapin.

The robot on the speaker takes orders better than the real people that work there. Will not be returning to this location.

My husband exited the restaurant because we do not pay for bad customer service! He could have simply said “Sir, we do not have any legs ready and there is a 10 minute wait on chicken.” However, clearly that man does not like his job and should not be interacting with customers. We ended up eating at KFC, where the customer service was much better.
