  Food is decent but every time I come in the morning I ask for my egg to be scrambled and asks few times. Now It never is. Now I'm being told yall don't do that any more and a folded egg is the same as scrambled after I've ordered. Like what? Who cooks how they want and not the way the customer ask at their place of employment? Newberry restaurants just keep going down hill. And personally I don't like that AI order taker I'd rather be talking to an actual person.

  i was ordering, the AI machine kept asking if i wanted anything and ALL i said was no i don’t want anything please, when we got to the window A GROWN MAN, opened the window and yelled at me and my friends about being disrespectful to a machine, when all i said, no i wouldn’t like anything else please…
