Placed a pick up order for yesterday between 4-5pm. At 5 pm when I got there to pick up I was told they were running behind because of the weather coming in. Asked could I cancel the order and was told no. So I waited till 6 and called to check on order, was told it was being shopped. Then at 8 pm I called and was told by the same person I got the two other times that it was cancelled. I was also charged for the full amount of the order. Will be going in person to speak to the manager today!!!
