  Don’t order delivery. I ordered delivery to my house in downtown Newberry and it never showed up. I ended up having to drive to the store myself to get my damn pizza because their delivery driver “couldn’t find my house”. I got no refund or anything.

  I had an excellent experience at the Newberry location! My pizza was ready for pickup exactly when promised, which made the process smooth and efficient. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced my visit. Their positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. The pizza itself was hot and expertly prepared, meeting all my expectations. I left satisfied and will definitely return for more delicious meals in the future.

  My daughters placed an order for chicken Alfredo bowls and the driver thought my child was cussing at him mind you she is 16 but she was talking to our pitbull through the door because he is very protective. I found this out through my neighbor as the driver stopped at there house to discuss my order and children. This is highly unacceptable and proceeded to wait in my yard for me to come out when I was bathing my 5 yr old. Also the Alfredo hardly has any in it x2 bowls. I normally don’t complain but this driver crossed the line. Then got upset because he didn’t get a tip but like i mentioned my kids placed the order with there money . Please do not send this driver back to my house .

  I love this dominoes, they've always treated me good. Like last week, they accidentally gave me garlic bites instead of the cinnamon bites I usually get. Ok, no big deal, we're all human. But the manager Scout went above and beyond his duties to make sure that I was taken care of and even tried making it up to me with a few items on him. He didn't have to do that, all I wanted was my cinnamon bites lol. But they showed up as well with a 2 liter coke literally minutes after we hung up and I live all the way in prosperity. 5 star customer service and great food, I highly recommend this joint, especially because of people like Scout that makes dominoes what it is today🤙🏼
