As a follow up, the pizza was doughy, undercooked, and cold. I only feel bad for the person who had to deliver this crap sandwich.

ZACK blamed it on an app glitch and said to call back if I didn’t get it within 10 minutes (I feel like they enter fake earlier delivery times on their end so they look more productive than they really are). HAILEY delivered it 30 MINUTES later! Food arrived COLD and HARD, was stuck to top of pizza box, NO cheese and 2/3 of the order was wrong! It looked like DOG FOOD. Of course I already pre-tipped so I couldn’t even adjust it on the back end. I immediately called the store back and spoke with BRADLEY who said he was the manager. After I explained my concerns, he immediately claimed that his system showed delivery time as 45 minutes prior. I advised that his records were incorrect and asked for a refund bc the order was inedible and a waste of $50. Bradley REFUSED to refund! Bradley offered to have it remade and sent out but couldn’t provide an ETA. I declined the offer. He said next time I want to order, to call the store and say that Bradley applied a credit for me to use. (Only at THAT store, no reference # and not showing in the app so no proof he even did it) I called the store the next day and NOBODY answered after being on hold for almost 10 minutes. The funny thing is I was sitting in my car parked outside the store watching them through the glass as they ignored my call!! I was so irritated, I just drove off. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
