  I am not sure why it took 20 minutes sitting in for a pick up order. It looked like only 2 people working in the resturant. The employee was nice but I think taking 20 minutes in line was ridiculous. No one apologized for the wait.

  Ordered a Asiago chicken sandwich with no tomato and they send it with KETCHUP!! They didn’t put the cheese or bacon on it so all I got was a regular chicken sandwich with nasty ketchup and a soggy bun but paid for the bacon and cheese.

  Only one car in front of me at the drive through and it took me 15 minutes to finally place an order. After I placed my order it was another 10 minutes before my food came out. It’s 9:45pm and this place is open till 2am, how does this place even function? I doubt management reads these but they need to, this place runs as smooth as a rusty wheel.

  For being in resort for a baseball tournament after the game is over, went to this place from the outside. It looked great even from the inside, it looked great, but waiting in LINE for over 20 minutes to even get served, which I ended up walking out. Because in my opinion, the staff needs to be better trained at customer service, starting with the manager. My overall.Experience at myrtle beach was great. This place , however , needs to be better trained to dealing with the public

  I wish I could give this place -5 stars! After finally about a dozen times, of the rudest people I’ve ever seen. The few times they weren’t nasty to me, they were being nasty to others. Almost every time I’ve been here has been a bad experience. He just stand around talking, the manager too, while the food just sits there. After about a dozen times, I finally decided to at least do this. 🤷🏻‍♂️
