  Customer service… they have never heard of that here. Ordered online for drive thru, get yelled at I have to come inside at 11 o’clock cause they assumed it was the DoorDash… like no ma’am it was a mobile order like I said. My drink was made incorrectly. Food was wrong, had to come back to get it corrected. The lady at the counter was so rude when I told her my food was wrong. She tried to yell at me it’s a BLT. I pulled up my order on my phone and showed her what I ordered. She insisted I was still wrong when she provided me with a chicken sandwich with just lettuce which is not what I ordered. Ma’am it says only lettuce because I don’t want mayo or tomato. Honestly, I thought she was gonna open it to show me what she provided me to prove her point I was wrong with my order. Instead of getting defensive why don’t you listen to what I am saying. I ordered this to have no tomato or mayonnaise. And then the manager wants me to give her a solution to make things better. Just disappointment, a ruined appetite and a waste of time and money.

  This is one of the worst grilled chicken wrap I’ve ever had. The chicken was dry and old chili wasn’t too bad but everything else was terrible. I’m never coming here again !!

  Older Wendy's restaurant that could use some updating, but the food is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food was made hot and fresh... And correctly.

  They stay extremely busy being close to the strip. The staff is friendly and work very hard. Would highly recommend.

  Most rude and incompetent staff I've ever come across. A shining example of how badly our public education system and parenting is failing in these poor red states, unbelievable. Had to come in for a drive thru order which was annoying enough, then they had no record of my mobile order which is supposed to eliminate the human error factor, not here though. Had to stand around and wait over 10 minutes as they tried to give me two other people's orders, then the manager had the nerve to say I pissed her off. She got appropriately put in her place. lol I swear I've never seen such incompetence in my entire life.
