  I have given this store 3 tries they're out! Go across the street where they charge a little more but u get food that is worth it and it's hot over there.

  Wish I could give 0 stars if I could. Idk what has happened to this Wendy’s but I’ve been coming here for years with no problems but recently the food quality has been poor. The last three times of coming here I’ve received cold stale fries. Baconator fries are supposed to have a cheese sauce but instead they use cold shredded cheese and sliced American cheese? Give me what I pay I’m so tired of them being so lazy about the food just say you don’t like your job seriously. Can’t imagine the customer service either I bet that’s a nightmare. Won’t be ordering from here again until they learn to make proper food.

  Not only are the workers here in RUDE but EVTY SINGLE TIME I have been here they always somehow mess the order up. terrible place to go to id rather drive 30 minutes away to the one in conway, its MUCH better.

  Fries were raw, chicken sandwich had a moldy tasting sauce and soda machine was out of practically everything. The workers had zero interest when I complained. Restaurant floors were sticky and the place was filthy. The experience in this establishment turned us off to Wendy’s food.

  I ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato which was also confirmed on the screen. When I left neither one of my sandwiches had bacon on it!!! I called and the person said he was the manager and all he had to say was “well I didn’t make the sandwich” if that’s yall idea of how a manager handles an upset customer then he needs more training! Then it looked like a tomato was placed on my bun and then removed! I am allergic to tomatoes!!!!!!!!!!
