I booked the Bay for 2 hours for six people. My son, she just went to get his license. And as is known in the state of South Carolina, you're given a paper copy that is valid for 30 days until you get your permanent Driver's license. He presented this when we begin to order our food. He is 33 years of age. The staff did not want to recognize a South Carolina issued temporary. Identification card drinks for order. My son was consuming a beer and of course, he is of age. There would be no reason for anyone to think differently. We were approached by several staff members. And told that we would have to leave, we were there just over an hour. And I spent nearly two hundred dollars there, but the thought of our family outing being cut short, I was very disappointed. And then this demir presence of so many people to ask a question seemed to be more disrespectful, then professional, there's an issue. And I worked in customer service. There's no reason for 6 or 7 staff members to approach any family or person. I will never return to this top.Golf establishment

I went here for Twice. Was incredibly Fun! The food is great, and our server was very friendly, understanding, and nice. I forgot his name but he deserves a Raise. It is kinda loud though but that's expected with many bays in 1 place. Golfing is really fun and enjoyable.
The food was good and the Fries and Tater Tots are a most try.
We have visited Topgolf 5–7 times, and each time we were assigned the first floor. During our most recent visit, we specifically requested the third floor in advance, as the first floor is no longer interesting, especially for the kids.
Despite this, we were again placed on the first floor. When I asked the manager to change our level, I was told there was no availability. However, I personally went upstairs and saw several open bays on the third floor.
After returning to the front desk and asking again, I was refused, with the explanation that those bays were reserved for a later time.
I find this approach not customer-oriented. Requests from repeat customers are being ignored, even when availability exists.

Grandsons we in town for Easter spring break. With rhe cooler weather we decided to go to Topgolf. Loved the $24.99 promo price. I was very stressed with the 2 grandsons so I decided to order a prosecco. No prices on the alcohol menu so I figure the average glass of a prosecco in MB is $12. So i ordered a 2nd. When i got my bill I was shocked at what 2 sodas and 2 prosecco cost. $16 for a prosecco. My bill was $75. So $25 to play and $50 for drinks. OUTRAGEOUS. TG should at least put the price of drinks on the menu or have wait staff yell you the price when you order.
