  Location needs some training, last sub I got, all the protein was pretty much on one side of the sub. Went back today and they put so much sauce on it, it was almost inedible

  I was just at Subway this evening. Not to busy when I walked in but a line eventually grew. This employee was the only person working 10-31-2025 at 5pm, roughly. This man not only did an amazing job but also told everyone in line "sorry, it's just me". No brother, you had nothing to say sorry for. I wish there was more workers with your mind set. You deserve a management spot and a raise. I truly Hope whoever is in charge sees this and acknowledge this man. Thank you for your service and being very professional when things got busy. 👏 👏 👏

  Today the lady was cleaning the counter before doing my sub and dropped some particles into the food bin as she was wiping. She drug my sub off the sheet and onto the counter she just cleaned. I asked for spinach and she went into the almost empty pan instead of the full one. Put on sub and picked something out of it. Which she stated was an olive. I could go on more but the space is limited. I will NEVER go back to that store ever again. Horrible experience.
