Horrible! Paid $8 for 2 large fries that were the worst I have ever gotten from a fast food place. Not only were they cold when I received them but they tasted like stale oil & were so hard, like they had been in a warmer all day. Disgusting

After we even Wendy's, because of the horrible service and wait time I stopped here. Ordered a couple of items? And everything was great except the packaging of the burgers that I got were a little soggy, food was great, but packaging could use Some help

Absolutely the WORST Sonic experience I’ve ever had. Do not waste your time or money here.
I pulled into a stall to pick up a pre-paid online order for a friend and to place my own order. It was still 30 minutes before closing time. When they finally answered the intercom, they immediately said “we’re closed” and hung up on me before I could say a single word. I tried again — same thing. This happened THREE more times. Frustrated, I went to the drive-thru. Exact same treatment: they answered, said they were closed, and hung up.
I pulled up to the window and was completely ignored by multiple employees who clearly saw me sitting there. After being treated like I didn’t exist, I finally had to park, get out of my car, and walk inside just to get the food I was already supposed to pick up.
Once inside, the employees had the nerve to tell me the horrible experience was MY fault. Are you kidding me?
I never even got to order my own food because of their laziness and attitude. The pre-paid online order I did receive was missing a drink, and the wrap looked like someone had balled it up in their fist like a snowball and thrown it in the bag. It was disgusting and completely unappetizing.
This location is a joke. Zero customer service, lazy staff, and zero accountability. They clearly don’t want to work and take it out on customers. I will never return to this Sonic and I strongly recommend everyone else avoid it too. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually wants your business.
