  So I pull up to the drive thru and order a double smasher and the girl tells me that they can't make them because they cleaned the grill at 10:30. It's almost 11:00 now but I can order a super sonic double cheeseburger because they cooked them before they cleaned the grill?! How long can a cooked patty sit?!

  Place an order for pickup. Arrived before the time the ordered was scheduled for pickup. Checked in on the app and waited over 20 minutes past the time the food was supposed to be prepared. Only received a portion of the order. The manager came out to review the order in the app and what was given to me. Said it would only take a few minutes to fulfill the rest of the order. When I tried to determine exactly how long that would be she only stated 2 minutes. I brought up to the manager that while I waited the portion of the order they did get right would just be sitting getting cold and soggy. She stated she would have the order redone but about 10 minutes later she came back with what was supposed to be what was missed from the original not a full redo of the order. On top of that she missed the tots and onion rings but gave an order of fries and some wrap thing instead. What a waste of over 45 minutes of my time for a terrible experience. Needless to say I won’t be back to this Sonic ever.

  This is my favorite drive thru restaurant. The servers are always nice and seem cool. 10/10 ice cream too.

  No matter what they always get my order wrong. Whether that’s forgetting a side or when I ask for a plain burger putting lettuce and mayo on it still or forgetting the sauces I add for. It’s never right and the wait is always way too long.
