  Very rude manager gave me the wrong food and wouldn’t give me a refund he was very rude to my sister and me btw i am pregnant also the old asian lady at the first window give us attitude and rolls her eyes and shuts the window at our faces this is not the first time this has happened to us and i am tired of their rude service please have them fired they are always here night shift.

  We went last night around 2:45 am, the manager was being rude to minors cause all we asked if he was still there we was ordering through the drive thru and he refused to take our order and we were waiting for about 15 mins and we went to the window to ask the manager what we do wrong and he didn’t want to tell us what we did wrong and we asked for his name at the drive through he gave us a two different names and we asked him which was his name and refused and when we left they started taking everyone else order I never had a problem with that McDonald until yesterday they shouldn’t be hiring managers that are rude to customers I don’t know if he was having a bad night but he shouldn’t take it out on the customers it was just bad service

  Not that I’m a Big fan of McDonald’s, as I only eat at McDonald’s perhaps once every two months. However, this McDonald’s is a welcome change. The Manager at this establishment was Amazing and Very welcoming. He had a great personality with customer service that is missing these days. The food was hot and fresh. We visit the area once a month on average, and any time I get a craving for McDonald’s, I’ll only order from this location. Great Experience.. Thanks

  Emoployee at the window was very a ignorant young lady; smart mouthing and refusing service for doing what she asked which was repeating my order and speaking louder so i did she she proceeded to say that i think she is dumb but not once have i said that. worst service ever
