  Went to come and grab a bite after a visit to Dave and buster. And this location had a recording that said they were closed at 1130 pm. Absolutely not ok. Just cause the staff is lazy and don't want to do their job is no freaking excuse to close early. I work my job every day to close and am 100% willing to help anyone that walks in at 8:59 when I close at 9. I mean do you want my money or not. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Go anywhere else but here.

  First thing we hear when we walk in is employees agrueing. All tables dirty. No ketchup in dispensary no ketchup cups either. Food cold . And we ate there. Never go back there again just very bad service. Also heard other customers saying same thing. Need better staff. Time we went was 1 to1:30 on Saturday. Maybe services is better on other shifts. This shift didn't do well at all . They need more training.

  Had an experience that was rather poor, until manager Leandra Mulla stepped in. She was busy scrambling behind the scenes helping her team get through a rush and still took time actually on multiple occasions to assist me in regard to a previous issue. She resolved this problem promptly and went above and beyond. Her customer service and overall work ethic is amazing. Thank you for handling business! I will continue frequently visiting this location!!!

  Food was ok but it took us 22 minutes to get our food. Another gentlemen ordered a single frappe and waited 25 minutes before walking out without it. The people working said “ sorry there are only 3 of us working” but there wasn’t even a lot of people inside. Seems like they are more focused on drive through than guests waiting inside to eat. The sugar and cream machine wasn’t working properly and they knew that but still served coffee not made correctly, if I was in the drive through on my way to work I would have been mad. Over all very poor experience and will not be back to this location.
